TERMS: Reservations are confirmed on receipt of a 50% non-refundable deposit. Balance due upon arrival.

Cancellations will result in loss of deposit. Including Forest closure by U. S. Forest Service. Transfers of reservation dates will be treated as cancellations.

We reserve the right to cancel reservations should circumstances arise that jeopardize the safety of all, and are beyond our control. These include but are not limited to, floods, snow and forest fires. Should WolfHorse Outfitters have to cancel, your deposit will be refunded in full. Not Including Forest closure by U. S. Forest Service.
